Participation
Participation in the contest is free and takes place by submitting a screenshot via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. By submitting the screenshot, the participation conditions are automatically accepted.
All persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 16 years old are eligible to participate, except for employees of Chimpy AG and their relatives.
The data collected for the execution and processing of the contest will be collected and stored in accordance with legal provisions. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
The winners will be notified in writing via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram after the entry deadline.
No correspondence will be conducted about the competition. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
Participation in the draw is independent of a product purchase or rental.
The period for participation in the competition will be announced in connection with the respective competition.
Closing date/Win determination
The entry deadline is listed on the registration form for the contest. Submissions received after this date will not be included in the contest.
The winners will be determined by random selection.
This contest is organized by Chimpy AG, Baslerstrasse 106, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland. The contest is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, or other social networks and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them.
Miscellaneous
Chimpy AG accepts no liability for technical problems or submissions that are lost or arrive late.
