Conditions of participation
Participation
Participation in the contest is free and takes place by following Chimpy on Instagram and submitting a picture via Instagram. By submitting the picture, participants automatically accept the conditions of participation.
All persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 16 years old are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of Chimpy AG and their relatives.
Data collected for the execution and processing of the contest will be handled and stored in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The data will not be shared with third parties.
Submitted pictures may be used by Chimpy for any purpose.
Winners will be notified in writing via Instagram after the entry deadline.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
Participation in the draw is not dependent on the purchase or rental of a product.
The participation period will be announced in connection with the respective contest.
Closing date/Win determination
The entry deadline is listed on the registration form for the contest. Submissions received after this date will not be included in the contest.
The winners will be determined by random selection.
This contest is organized by Chimpy AG, Baslerstrasse 106, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland. The contest is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, or other social networks and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them.
Miscellaneous
Chimpy AG accepts no liability for technical problems or submissions that are lost or arrive late.
