Notre mission est de simplifier l’accès à l’énergie propre. Parce que nous voulons que l’énergie propre alimente tout. Et jusqu’ici, on ne s’en sort pas trop mal. Nous avons fait de la Suisse le premier pays entièrement couvert par un réseau de batteries en libre-service alimentées à l’énergie solaire. Et ce n’est que le début : d’autres pays et services viendront bientôt s’ajouter pour permettre à nos utilisateurs de consommer de l’énergie de façon pratique et durable. Pour accomplir cela, nous cherchons des personnes talentueuses et pleines d’énergie, qui partagent notre mission et notre vision.

It all started with late-night chats in bars and a simple question: what if people could get energy like they get beer? The instinct to spot something real and act still drives how we build.

You’re allowed and expected to grow with the company:

Our CEO started as an intern. Our Eventmanager was a production worker. Our CFO also runs the Swiss market. You will find your space here — and we expect you to use it.

You’ll be allowed to have weird ideas:

While the general assembly is the only time when shareholders get something for real, we always did something special. So it happened that 7 shareholders played Mario Kart on Europe’s biggest stadium screen after approving the newest business numbers.

We screw up something important. And grow from it:

We tried to expand internationally by simply knocking on doors with a powerbank under one arm. It didn’t work. But it taught us more than most strategy offsites ever could.
