Over the last 10 years, we’ve built one of Switzerland’s most recognizable Gen Z lifestyle brands. We invented rental powerbanks as a unique example of a fully circular service being intrinsically better for both who offers it and who uses it.

It all started with late-night chats in bars and a simple question: what if people could get energy like they get beer? The instinct to spot something real and act still drives how we build.

You’re allowed and expected to grow with the company:
Our CEO started as an intern. Our Eventmanager was a production worker. Our CFO also runs the Swiss market. You will find your space here — and we expect you to use it.

You’ll be allowed to have weird ideas:
While the general assembly is the only time when shareholders get something for real, we always did something special. So it happened that 7 shareholders played Mario Kart on Europe’s biggest stadium screen after approving the newest business numbers.

We screw up something important. And grow from it:
We tried to expand internationally by simply knocking on doors with a powerbank under one arm. It didn’t work. But it taught us more than most strategy offsites ever could.

You’ll be able to battle on different fields:
It happens that we have a lot of fun and not a lot of sleep during work on festival weekend but going to a meeting on Monday morning to seal a contract for new POS worth hundredthousends Francs in revenue.

You’ll have a place to come back to:
We’re building a new office from scratch — not because we have to, but because we want to work together. Presence, exchange and teamfeeling matters more than ever. So we make space for it.
