With the introduction of the new powerbank model, the rental fee will increase to €4 (+ €15 deposit).

We constantly strive to improve our service to keep up with the times. This includes, for example, optimizing the cables and powerbanks: by May, most of the older powerbanks will have been replaced by a new model. We're also continuously expanding our network to provide you with an even better experience, thanks to new partner kiosks for renting and returning powerbanks. Improving the service for our customers is our top priority.

Rising transport and energy costs, as well as higher prices for raw materials, have unfortunately impacted our expenses. Our goal is to operate our daily business as low in CO₂ emissions as possible — for example, by choosing trains over planes — and this commitment matters more to us than purely financial decisions. Fair wages are also important to us, especially for the staff involved in recharging, cleaning, and testing the powerbanks
