Do I get my deposit back when the Chimpy Powerbank is damaged?

It depends on how much the Chimpy Powerbank is damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the Chimpy Powerbank is badly damaged or the label has been removed or damaged. Some small scratches and dents are ok.

My Chimpy Powerbank is bloated or damaged beyond return. What should I do?

You can dispose of your bloated or damaged Chimpy Powerbank yourself. You can do this the same way you would with any other battery.

You can also contact us via our contact form. We will send you a special disposal envelope in which you can return your bloated or damaged Chimpy Powerbank to us. We will then take care of the disposal for you.

The Chimpy Powerbank was already empty / not fully charged when I picked it up. What can I do?

You must contact us in any case. At the kiosk, you’ll only get back the CHF 15.– deposit. We’ll transfer the remaining CHF 5.– to you.
