Overview
How Valora Logistics Work
How to Monitor Your Stock
Regularly check your available powerbanks:
Count how many charged units are left
Watch for busy periods (rush hours, events, weekends)
Ensure you always have enough stock for daily operations
💡 Tip: Do not wait until you are completely out — act early.
What to Do in Case of Low Stock
If your stock is running low:
👉 Trigger a reorder as soon as possible
Request additional powerbanks or boxes
Plan ahead if higher demand is expected
What to Do in Case of Stock-Out
If you are completely out of powerbanks:
Inform customers that the service is temporarily unavailable
Contact Chimpy support immediately
Request urgent restocking
⚠️ Important: Returned powerbanks must not be reused — they need to go through the logistics process.
Handling Return Boxes
Returned powerbanks must be prepared correctly for logistics.
When your box is full:
Fill the box with returned powerbanks
Close it securely
Seal it with the red plombe
Prepare it for return or pickup
Requesting Empty Boxes
If you do not have an empty box available and too many powerbanks:
Request an empty box
👉 Always ensure you can store returned powerbanks properly.
Expired or Defective Powerbanks
If you find:
Expired units
Damaged or defective powerbanks
👉 Do not use them
👉 Place them in the return box
They will be replaced through the logistics process.
